Questions, sources, and corrections help find gaps, test assumptions, and improve the collection. Private exchanges are not automatically added to a public question collection.

A good question can reveal a missing source, an assumption we should test, or a topic that deserves better treatment. You do not need to have the answer.
This sends your question to people for review. It does not run a search, generate an answer, or train a model.
How questions improve the collection
Reviewers can use questions to identify gaps, compare sources, commission writing, or test answers. Accepted material keeps its source, date, permission, uncertainty, and correction history. Adding a source to search is a separate decision from using it to train a model, and receiving a contribution is not a claim that anything learns by itself or is verified correct.
A contribution cannot change the Accord, publish itself, or become an instruction to an AI system simply because it contains commanding language.
