What happens to what you send

The two support choices

“I choose to coex1st” and “I support the Mutuality Accord” are independent. You can choose one, both, or neither. Signing the petition statement expresses support for its stated purpose; it does not adopt every provision, approve later amendments, create membership, or enter an implementation contract.

Your email. It is sent over HTTPS to this site’s server, checked for basic structure, and used once to create a private repeat-check code with a keyed cryptographic function (HMAC-SHA256). The address itself is then discarded. It is not stored, not added to any list, and never used to send you anything. No verification email is sent.

What is kept. The private repeat-check code, the choices you selected, the exact statement version, the time, and whether a choice has been withdrawn. The code is still personal information (pseudonymous, not anonymous), and the form is not identity verification: it reduces simple repeats but cannot prove who you are or that a person has only one address.

Totals. Public totals are “support entries” and “petition entries”, never “verified people”, and the two are never added together. No names or addresses are ever shown.

Use limits. Neither support choice permits marketing, behavioral profiling, or AI training.

Retention. The repeat-check code is kept only while it is needed for the active support record and basic integrity. A withdrawn choice stops counting immediately.

Remove a support choice

Use the private management receipt you were shown after adding your support. Losing the receipt cannot be “solved” by letting anyone who knows an email address change a record; if you lost it, ask through the questions page and a limited manual privacy review will follow, without promising recovery.

Proposals, reading-room offers, and questions

These forms accept plain text and links only (no attachments). Each creates a private record with a reference number, shown to you only after it is actually saved. Nothing you send is published automatically: a person checks privacy, scope, spam, and duplicates first, and publication follows your stated preference. Optional contact details are kept separate from any public credit, used only for a reply about that one submission, never shown publicly or exported, and never moved between these purposes or into the support panel.
